Wholesale - Velociraptor Claw
Velociraptor, meaning "swift seizer" in Latin, is a genus of Dromaeosauridae, a dinosaur that lived approximately 75 to 71 million years ago during the latter part of the Cretaceous Period. It is known for its distinctive feet, each armed with one oversized, hooked claw.
Presented here is our exquisitely detailed, 4.5" long, Velociraptor Dinosaur Claw.
Note the prominent blood groove along the side -- the groove aided this powerful theropod to more quickly and easily rip apart its prey.
Based on the latest paleontology research, Velociraptors had feathers, giving them the appearance of a vicious, primordial turkey.
